Bid On The Cape provides homeowners with a simple, three-step listing process through which they can monitor interest levels, adjust rates according to market demand and ultimately control the rental prices of their homes. To list a property, simply click on “Post Listing” and let the bidding begin.
Homeowners also have the option to register their property as a “Featured Listing” for maximum exposure. All “Featured Listings” are posted on the homepage for one month, however space is limited.
Bid On The Cape provides prospective renters with the ability to search listings by price, location, house specifications and amenities as well as availability. Once criteria is determined and selected, renters can begin bidding. To rent a property, simply click on a “Location” or use our “Advanced Search” section and let the bidding begin.
Goal: Bid On The Cape is designed to foster a direct relationship between renters and homeowners, which consequently eliminates the need for a third party broker and reduces costs.
